Coordinate with Tendering Departments Engineers to come up with a competitive and technically sound bid proposal.

Responsible for preparation of all construction schedules for tender and ongoing projects, time scaled logic diagram using primavera project planner software and construction progress chart showing S-Curves and manpower histogram in excel & prepare cash flow plan, shop drawing schedule and procurement schedule. Update Master Project Schedule (P3), Monitor and update the actual progress of work. Prepares monthly Project Management Construction Reports on all projects for submittal to the Construction Operation Manager

Sr. Planning/Cost Engineer

Study tender documents consisting of contract conditions, drawings, B.O.Q and specification. Responsible for monitoring and control of ongoing projects.

Project Planner

Responsible for preparation of overall electro-mechanical construction schedules, time scaled logic diagram using primavera project planner software and construction progress chart showing S-Curves and manpower histogram in excel & prepare cash flow plan.
