Below is the scope of Works of a Senior QA/QC Engineer working in Construction Site
- Conducts line checking on installed items, issue punch lists and verify accomplishment prior to endorsement for testing.
- Conducts pre-qualification of welders for pipe welding works.
- Conducts inspection on installation of Fans and Blowers including pre-fabrication and initial testing.
- Prepare Inspection reports for accepted and rejected activities.
- Conducts receiving inspection on critical materials prior to installation.
- Checks billings of subcontractors and monitors daily accomplishment.
- Attend to coordination meetings and address problems concerning installation problems.
- Prepare monthly reports.
