What is NDA ?

NDA is a part of contracts where it says about , not to disclose any information on hand to any other party. NDA only means Non Disclosure Agreement, it is a paper that is signed by both parties agreeing not to disclose information that was provided to them. Sometimes it is also being incorporated in the MOU ( Memorandum of Understanding )
